"It looks like some kinda implant, but I ain't never seen one like this - I thought they went on the inside..." Kaylee's voice reeks of confusion along with a few remnants of having been formerly passed out. The way that she'd been slumped forward on the table had left her neck feeling like she'd done been leaning over some piece of machinery that needed those little tiny bits and pieces fixed to get in proper working order again. The stiffness goes from her neck well down into the middle of her back, but she woke up with a real good view of the screen that's in her arm. The layout ain't nothing like she's seen - even from her time.

And even though it's real tempting to pressy on it, touch it, see where things end and her skin begins her back really can't stand leaning like this nor one moment longer. So, she arches it as she sits up, a series of cracking sounds escaping. And it's then, as a secondary observation that she realizes she's in some kinda dress. And it ain't one she finds real pretty. The style is something that Inara could maybe pull off, but the way that it's slit up to her thigh, the halter top, and the way that it hugs her rather than having ruffles, layers, or anything pink - it's gorram black - is just not Kaylee even a little bit.

Moving to stand there's abject horror on her face - the cut out on her chest, the heels, nothing about this dress is the type of girly that Kaylee's ever had in mind ahd she sure doesn't like it. "I'm Kaylee." She guts the dress up at the cut out ever so slightly, and then down at the slit before realizing she's never going to find a comfortable medium with this thing. "What song was that....is that an old...thingy from Earth-that-was cause? Record player? Were y'all wearing them clothes before you got here cause I wasn't..." Kaylee offers earnestly - looking between her two companions and worrying where the rest of her crew is.
