I don't think I have any of this straight, or that I've wrapped my mind around any of it. And this place is terrifying, but I've noticed there are 16-17 people, or about that anyway, including myself based on the posts...assuming none of them are fake or anything. And on top of that there's no real clue as to who is behind this, where they are, or what the whole purpose of this is even though we've got speculation.

Maybe we should do some sort of check in/make a list to keep track of who all is stuck here and try and come together to figure this out and, ultimately, see if we can get out of here or come up with some kind of plan? Because it seems to me like we're all in the same boat here.

That's a big assumption, which is half the problem.

I would be okay with a check-in. I'm not really sure how much I like the idea of trying to get together in one place physically, partially because I don't trust any of you, yet (sorry; I don't have any reason to, yet) and partially because I'm pretty sure that if this house doesn't want us to get together, then we won't be able to, anyway, and we'll all just end up lost in this place. That could be dangerous if we don't have supplies to survive long enough to hold us over...

But that said, I'm Derek Hale. Consider me checking in. ~~Why is it that the teenagers in my experience are always the ones in the middle of everything? Seriously...~~

You're right, it is, it just seems like all we have to go off of right now, really.

You and Ben are probably right that the house probably won't even let us get together, but I'm not going to fault you for not trusting anybody here. I mean, we've all just been kidnapped and we don't know one another - except for Ben and his brother, that I know of. You're right about the supplies and getting lost too. ~~If I'm going to figure anything out I guess I'm going to need to carry things with me~~

Thanks for checking in. It just, at least, seems like if we can touch base on this, whether whoever brought us here can see or not, it could help more than hurt.

The girl I woke up with, Cleo, has a friend from home here, too, apparently. But other than that, that's all I know of, too.

I still think the only way we'll find out how to get out of here is to find out why we're here to begin with, but I don't know how we're supposed to find that out. I've been here three weeks now, I think. Close to it, if not. It certainly isn't for lack of trying to get out.

So it's not, actually, as uncommon as we'd think at first. There could even be more if we talk to more people.

I don't disagree with you, but the only way I can think of that we're going to find that out is if we can search everything here that we possibly can, look into the phones implanted in our arms, and maybe not even then. Plus, I don't know how we're going to do the second thing anyway. You've been here three weeks?

That's totally possible, yeah.

Well, someone else is going to have to do that particular job. The fact that I've even figured out how to do this at all is nothing short of a small miracle; I'm really bad at this smartphone crap.

I don't know for sure how long, because I still haven't found a room with a window yet (I don't know if there just AREN'T any or if I'm just really unlucky) so I can't really tell how many days it's been, but that would be my best guess. Three weeks, give or take a few days.

I'm not having much problem with it, so if you need any help I'm willing to try, but you're definitely right that beyond just using it it'll have to be someone else. Maybe someone who hasn't checked in yet might have an idea of how to proceed there.

Wow, that's longer than I think I was prepared for, but I guess considering how bad it is here it shouldn't surprise me.

I don't know, maybe. For their sake, I really hope not. I've been here long enough.

Here's hoping - while I'm thinking Jared had a good idea about figuring out what helpful skills people might have here just in case. He's good with computers and I see that Kaylee down there seems to know something about elevators is there anything that you want me to note for you?

I don't know, I'm mostly just good at taking a beating and fighting the good fight. Good is a term I would probably use loosely. I'm alive, so there's that. I don't really have any super useful skills ~~that I'm willing to share~~, Betty, but thanks for asking. I think it's a good idea to compile that sort of information when it's available.
