I don't think I have any of this straight, or that I've wrapped my mind around any of it. And this place is terrifying, but I've noticed there are 16-17 people, or about that anyway, including myself based on the posts...assuming none of them are fake or anything. And on top of that there's no real clue as to who is behind this, where they are, or what the whole purpose of this is even though we've got speculation.

Maybe we should do some sort of check in/make a list to keep track of who all is stuck here and try and come together to figure this out and, ultimately, see if we can get out of here or come up with some kind of plan? Because it seems to me like we're all in the same boat here.

That's a good idea. Since it might be hard to get everyone in one location with how the house moves about.

Ben Hargreeves, checking in.

Is it the same dining room? I mean, did we all show up to the same place but at different times?

Yeah, no problem. I know my brother is around here somewhere too. I ran into him earlier but I lost him again.

That's a big assumption, which is half the problem.

I would be okay with a check-in. I'm not really sure how much I like the idea of trying to get together in one place physically, partially because I don't trust any of you, yet (sorry; I don't have any reason to, yet) and partially because I'm pretty sure that if this house doesn't want us to get together, then we won't be able to, anyway, and we'll all just end up lost in this place. That could be dangerous if we don't have supplies to survive long enough to hold us over...

But that said, I'm Derek Hale. Consider me checking in. Why is it that the teenagers in my experience are always the ones in the middle of everything? Seriously...

The girl I woke up with, Cleo, has a friend from home here, too, apparently. But other than that, that's all I know of, too.

I still think the only way we'll find out how to get out of here is to find out why we're here to begin with, but I don't know how we're supposed to find that out. I've been here three weeks now, I think. Close to it, if not. It certainly isn't for lack of trying to get out.

Rikki Chadwick. Maybe we should also keep a running list of what sorts of weird things we've found or experienced in the house so that other people can avoid them? Like, for example, the elevator is broken. I would recommend people not use it unless you enjoy being genuinely terrified.

Cool. Well then, in that case, Ben and I were walking down a hallway and one minute, there were no doors, and the next minute, they were on the floor. There was water everywhere, deeper and deeper in the hall until it was well up to my chest while I was sitting on the floor trying to help him pry the door open. Then when the door opened, it opened into like a black hole or something. ...which, when I fell in, dropped me into a swimming pool. This place is completely insane.

No, I'm all right, it only fell one floor. It was terrifying, though.

My name's Kaylee - what happened with the elevator? I might be able to fix it if I can find some tools...and if this creepy house lets us do that kinda thing.

It fell. It was hot heading up and I dunno whether that had anything to do with anything, but then it just dropped back down.

Hey, capslock, just a thought but maybe we should be doing this more often. The more we do it, the more we find out about this place and the people in it and that can only work in our favor.

Also, seriously, there's a little arrow icon with an underline on your arm right now. Touch it. The caps are obnoxious as fuck.

your lack of proper English is also "obnoxious as fuck" but you dont hear me complaining about it

Whoever they are, they're fucking scary advanced. Like just these things alone — how do they work? What powers them? Do we power them? How did they do the surgery without leaving any scar tissue or scabbing or stitches or anything behind? How did we survive it?

Then there's the house. I'm convinced this place is actually alive. I woke up with someone, but I've lost her. Walls crop up where they weren't before. Doors slam and lock on their own. Plants grab you. This place is so, so fucked. If I didn't know any better, I'd think that this place is supposed to be a distraction from us trying to figure out who put us here and how. It's hard to focus on that task when you're too busy trying not to die of starvation because you got lost for a day and a half looking for the kitchen. You know what I mean?

But that said, I would agree with you that we need a list so that if something happens to someone, other people will know to look for them. We should probably make these sorts of check ins periodic. We should discuss our skill sets and try to pool resources. I'm a genius, but just because I tested high on an IQ test or I can build a computer from scratch doesn't mean I can find my way out of a haunted house alone. But maybe my brain and someone else's brawn or idea or (insert skill here) put together, for example, could do the trick.

Yeah, no this place only manages to bring forth more questions while there are never any answers.

Oh, yeah. Yeah, so Sharra and I got trapped in the greenhouse with all the plants and the doors all locked so we couldn't get out. Then, the sprinkler system went off and drenched us and while we were trying to get back out again, the plants just started grabbing at us. When she was sitting on my shoulders to reach the control panel to shut off the damn sprinklers, those fucking things wrapped so tight around both my legs and all the way up to my waist that I couldn't move.

I mean, yeah, if you want to think logically, study seems possible, but we've all been kidnapped so...there's also the very scary possibility that this is just some sick fucking SAW bullshit waiting to happen.

I think the only way we're finding out anything about these things is if we actually get a look at one - and I don't think anybody really should be volunteering. There's a lot of risks to cutting into that area of a person's body - even more so if it is being powered by us and somehow connected to us in some way. The healing might have worked in their favor with transfusions from me, but I doubt it

And I'm going to throw it out there that brute force doesn't seem like it's going to get us any further. I've put some holes in walls and took down what I can only assume is one of the faux front doors to name a few things and it got me a big fat nowhere.

I happen to agree with you. The only way to find out is to dig one out of somebody and it's not worth it.

What do you mean big fat nowhere? What happened when you took down the door? What was behind it?
