I don't think I have any of this straight, or that I've wrapped my mind around any of it. And this place is terrifying, but I've noticed there are 16-17 people, or about that anyway, including myself based on the posts...assuming none of them are fake or anything. And on top of that there's no real clue as to who is behind this, where they are, or what the whole purpose of this is even though we've got speculation.

Maybe we should do some sort of check in/make a list to keep track of who all is stuck here and try and come together to figure this out and, ultimately, see if we can get out of here or come up with some kind of plan? Because it seems to me like we're all in the same boat here.

Rikki Chadwick. Maybe we should also keep a running list of what sorts of weird things we've found or experienced in the house so that other people can avoid them? Like, for example, the elevator is broken. I would recommend people not use it unless you enjoy being genuinely terrified.

Cool. Well then, in that case, Ben and I were walking down a hallway and one minute, there were no doors, and the next minute, they were on the floor. There was water everywhere, deeper and deeper in the hall until it was well up to my chest while I was sitting on the floor trying to help him pry the door open. Then when the door opened, it opened into like a black hole or something. ...which, when I fell in, dropped me into a swimming pool. This place is completely insane.

No, I'm all right, it only fell one floor. It was terrifying, though.

Oh right, and once, a door bit me. Literally with teeth bit me. I didn't see the teeth but I absolutely felt it and there were bite marks on my hand for a few hours after.

You'll be much better off, yeah, if you do.

I dunno, mate, I wasn't paying that much attention to the door at the time. I was just holding the door to keep from falling into the hole in the floor, but then it bit me and when I let go, I fell.

Oh, I'm sure that's what it did. That's the scariest part, yeah?

My name's Kaylee - what happened with the elevator? I might be able to fix it if I can find some tools...and if this creepy house lets us do that kinda thing.

It fell. It was hot heading up and I dunno whether that had anything to do with anything, but then it just dropped back down.

If it's heating up it could be running too hot and that's something that can get a hydraulic system all outta sorts. So it's possible, but falling seems like it'd have more to do with the brakes, but I reckon it could also be rails, speedbuffers, or something with the inside panel too.

I ain't gonna climb in the thing to check some of it but I'll see if I can find any kinda outside maintenance panel just to take a looksee. Cause if I can even fix it a little better to be used I bet it'd help everybody here.

Whatever you want, I'm not going near that thing ever again, thank you very much. There's only, what, two or three stories? I'll take the stairs.

Are there three? I wasn't real sure truth be told. And I can't blame you on not wanting to go near it again, but maybe I can fix it so ain't nobody else gotta have the wits scared outta them like you did.

There were three floor buttons in the elevator, but I haven't gone up to see if they're actually there. Whatever you want to do. I'd slap an Out of Order sign if it were me, but you do you.

That makes it seem like there's three and that's good to know cause I ain't made it passed the floor I been on, truth be told. I reckon if I can't fix it I'll just have to do that.
